Biography

Yakary (born November 23, 1998; real name Can Sacik ) is a German rapper. He was previously active under the pseudonym Cano.

Yakary is of Kurdish descent, his roots lie in the Turkish provinces of Diyarbak?r and Batman. As Cano, the rapper made a debut on the Xatar video channel with the track Demons. He released several singles and extended plays between 2021 and 2022.
He first made a name for himself in February 2022 under the pseudonym Yakary. He released seven singles by November 2022, which made him known in German rap. He first masked himself with a ski mask and a contact lens in his right eye. When he took off his mask in the 911 music video , it became obvious that he had been active before.

Yakary was signed by PA Sports for their Life Is Pain label in 2023. Shortly afterwards, however, there was a dispute with the rapper 18 Karat , who claimed to also own the rights to the signing.
Afterwards, Yakary Beef fought with the German singer Pietro Lombardi and released a diss track against Capital Bra. The background for the latter was the color design of the covers. Yakary has previously used covers that only show one color. Capital Bra did the same for its single Ale Ale. Capital Bra with Ja Capi subsequently published a response to this and other diss tracks from Ngee and Bushido, but later deleted it.
His solo single Ketamin was released on September 1, 2023 and reached number 64 in the German charts. On September 8, 2023, Yakary released Für immer, a collaboration track with PA Sports, which reached number 69 on the German charts.
